  1. Happy Columbus Day to you too, Toni! It's also fall break here at school so with my daughters and most of my grandchildren, we will be going to spend a few days at our favorite State Park. Time with family always makes me Happy!

  2. Happy Columbus Day! We don't get that holiday here in Florida. Not sure why. I think it is too bad that many areas have downgraded Columbus to a non-hero status. I like what we were taught in school growing up and will always appreciate his efforts in discovering our part of the world! Enjoy your day! We are having a lovely cooler day here in Florida after Hurricane Matthew passed by over the weekend. So thankful for God's mercy and grace.

  4. Woo hoo! Happy Columbus day. A very huge holiday in my hometown as most there are Italian. We put on school plays and had a festival each year when I was growing up. Schools are closed here for today. I posted about it too.
