What are you wearing? Hanging around the house clothes which consists of an old T-shirt, old jeans and sandals that I wear as slippers
What chore around the house have you been putting off? Trying to empty the top shelf of my cabinets. I can't reach or climb a ladder/step stool and I'm too vain to ask for help. 😇
Is there anything in your fridge you need to throw out? What? Do you even recognize it? No, Never, by the time I have my groceries delivered my fridge is just about empty.
What are you reading? Right now, I'm reading the first three thrillers in the best-selling Harry Starke series: Book 1 Harry Starke, Two for the Money and Hill House. So far it isn't holding my attention but I'll keep reading just in case it does. 😏
Is there a prayer request you'd like to share? Please pray for all those who have asked for prayers for loved ones and lost ones.
How about a creative project you are working on? One in progress or one still in your head. Nothing special just some Spring and Easter graphics for my blog and of course a few poems I've uploaded to my Instagram account.
What special dish or baked item are you planning for this week? I'm not planning anything special this week. I usually don't plan ahead and decide on the day what I want to eat.
My nephew Antonio (my brother Joe's son) and his new born daughter Brooklyn Rose,
February 20th. She looked right at him after she left her Mama. They live in San Jose, CA.
A funny graphic, photo or quote? "May your coffee be strong and your Monday be short." 😊
Any parting thoughts? Yes, until the next time dear family and friends have a day of blessings.
Nice to hear about your day Toni. I'm still able to buy my own groceries and climb the step ladder to get to the top shelves. For that I am grateful. In recent times I always decided what I want to eat when I am ready to eat but these days seem to lean toward preparing in advance or at least planning in advance. Somehow it frees my mind for the many other things on my list and helps me get more done. This will likely change again in time. It's amazing that little Brooklyn Rose looked straight at her daddy so soon after delivery. She is very cute and very alert. Have an awesome week of blessings.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful baby. I like today's verse.
ReplyDeleteGod bless you all.
Hi Toni, Happy Spring! I finally got to work on my blog and added a long post. I am going to be pretty busy with all the studies I am doing. I enjoy your poems and how you add pictures with them. Have a great week! Hugs
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining in, Toni. I had scrapped this meme and in fact had even deleted the graphic I made. Enjoyed your answers! Have a blessed day.
