1. What's your favorite thing to do when you have time on your hands? I have all the time on my hands being retired and living alone and so I would do many of my favorite things like: write poetry; draw graphics; watch TV and snack while I'm watching along with a mug of coffee; some reading, I don't do much of anymore as my concentration has changed.
2. Company coming tonight for dinner what do you cook? I don't usually have company for dinner anymore. Now the family invites me as I'm their oldest and the matriarch of the family. 😊
3. The weather is perfect outside, how would you spend the day? If I was able to, I would go down by the river and take in the sights especially in Autumn and watch the trains pass by along the Hudson.
4. It's morning and you just got up, what do you have for breakfast? Depends on how I feel, like eggs and toast, or a bagel and cream cheese, or cereal with cashew milk, or chocolate waffles, or if I'm in the mood pancakes and bacon. Breakfast is my main meal and lunch is my second. I don't always eat dinner anymore. Of course coffee always first thing when I get up.
Thought For The Day
Until the next time dear friends and family be blessed.
I wish I was your neighbor so we could go down to the water and also go watch the trains together. Sit there with coffee and just watch. It would be so much fun. Yes, we have a lot to be thankful for. I forget that sometimes and complain to God too much. Then I see children in the Bahamas who were killed and think I should shut up. Thanks for this great meme Toni!

You are right Lori. I used to go down by the river every Autumn and sit a lot after work or on weekends. I still haven't changed, but alas I can't do that anymore since I stopped driving.
