Toni’s Peach Muffins

I thought you might want to try my own peach muffin recipe. They are delicious and easy to make. No mixer necessary and one big bowl will do.

Toni’s Peach Muffins

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup cut up Dole sliced peaches drained
1 egg
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup milk
3 tbsp. oil

Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, lemon extract, milk and oil. Don’t over mix and mix by hand. Add cut up peaches. Drop into paper lined muffin tins or spray pan with PAM baking spray with flour like I do. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.

Makes 6 large (notice one is missing in the above photo LOL!) muffins. You can substitute raisin or chocolate chips in place of peaches. I never made smaller muffins as I don’t have the smaller muffin tins.

Hope you try out my recipe and let me know how they turned out. Until the next time dear friends be blessed.

  1. They look delicious! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe! I want to try this! :)

  2. Love muffins, with my tea or coffee, thanks for the recipe!

  3. I also love the picture at the top of this page. Can I copy it?

  4. That really sounds delicious. I wish I'd seen that earlier...I had some leftover canned peaches that had been forgotten in the fridge...and had to be pitched. If I'd had this recipe, I could have done this with the peaches before they every got that I'm saving this one for the next time!!! Sounds really good!! I love the picture at the top of your page warm and inviting!! Have a "peachy" day!!

    1. Thanks Pamela, when you do make them let me know how they turn out. :)

I so look forward to your comment as I appreciate your visit here. Today and always, I am thankful for your warm welcome and for being a friend to me. I would thank you from the bottom of my heart, but for you dear friends, my heart has no bottom.
