Friday Foto Friends #39
These photos are from around my neighborhood. I live near the Hudson River across from the Catskill Mountains in a town called Germantown in Columbia County, upstate NY. It's a beautiful rural area about 2 hours above New York City. Click photos to view larger.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have joined a wonderful group called Friday Foto Friends and as it suggests on Friday we post photos. If you're interested you can join in by visiting "Breathing In Grace" and scrolling down to the group. Just click on her name Debbie. Until next time dear friends have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteAre these all photos that you took? Very nice. I think I'll put the top one on the Southern Tier Seniors FB page.
ReplyDeleteHi Toni! Lovely photos. Upstate NY is so beautiful and I used to love driving through.
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me (giggling)---we lived in Hudson and I worked in Germantown (hmm...20 years ago). We now reside in Hornell, NY--a mere 3-4 hrs from you. smiles
LOL!! That is funny. Shows you how small our world really is! Nice to meet you too!!
DeleteHi Toni, I'm visiting from Friday Foto Friends. We visited New York several times and I was surprised at how pretty it is. I like your photos and the funnies from your last post.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining in today. You live in a beautiful area....not what I think of when I picture New York. It looks a lot like East Tennessee. Thanks so much for your prayers for our girl....God is good! Hope you have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful area. I was through the highway from NYC to Montreal, Quebec 3 summers ago (2 years) for my first and only time travelling through your state. I didn't spend much time, only a night in Albany as we had to catch our plane in Montreal but it was lovely to see your countryside in the month of August.
