A Sight To Behold

Yesterday the 27th of August after the doctors changed my appointment to Thursday the 29th to see another breast cancer specialist from the main hospital in Albany who will be operating on me, my sister Phyllis and I went out for lunch and later after hearing about acres and acres of fields of sunflowers nearby we decided to go take a look. Even though it was a cloudy and no sun at all kind of day it was a sight to behold and one I've never seen in person. When we got there I asked these two young boys who were standing on their car looking at them to take a couple of photos with my cellphone. They were sweet and only glad to do so. Here are the best of the bunch they took. You can make out the Catskill Mountains in the far background too.

  1. Those are lovely photos and it was a nice act of kindness on the part of the young boys. I've never seen a field of sunflowers. That would be a treat.
